Vishnu Raja

Vishnu Raja is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background spanning various industries, bringing invaluable expertise to his role at Xforia. He earned his BBM from SNR Sons College of Arts and Science in 1998 and initiated his career managing a family textile spinning mill in Coimbatore, overseeing operations, finances, and personnel management.

From 1999 to 2010, Vishnu honed his skills in sales, financial management, client relations, and team motivation while working for a Suzuki car dealer in Coimbatore, where he led car sales and finance.

Since 2011, Vishnu has served as Vice President of HR at an IT consulting firm, leveraging his extensive experience in operations, HR, and finance to provide strategic guidance and support. He spearheads HR initiatives, oversees payroll and benefits administration, and ensures compliance with labor laws.

Vishnu's leadership, combined with his passion for HR and dedication to professional development, makes him an asset to Xforia.
