7. Subscription Service

The Service may include certain subscription-based plans with automatically recurring payments for periodic charges (“Subscription Service”). The “Subscription Billing Date” is the date when you purchase your first subscription to the Service.

The Subscription Service will begin on the Subscription Billing Date and continue for the subscription period that you select on your account (such period, the “Initial Subscription Period”), and will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration as the Initial Subscription Period (the Initial Subscription Period and each such renewal period, each a “Subscription Period”) unless you cancel the Subscription Service or we terminate it.

You may cancel the Subscription Service by logging into your account or contacting us at support@xforia.com. Your cancellation must be received before the renewal date in order to avoid charge for the next subscription period.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement with Xforia, all sales and transactions made through our platform are considered final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason.

9. Users under 18 years of age

We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you are not permitted to use our Website and Services or to disclose Personal Information.

If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us.
